Hi there! First of all, I want to thank you for coming to my website taking the time to read my blog! My name is Madison Bigford and I’m a lover of fitness/health, nutrition, and life. For most of my life, I have battled anxiety and depression and I felt like there was no way out. I was tired, drained, and not living up to my full potential. I so desperately wanted to live a meaningful and fulfilling life and one day I decided I was done being controlled by my anxiety and that’s where I found my love for health and fitness. After four years of training by myself, I decided I wanted to write about my experiences and what I was learning so I could share that information with others. My goal of this blog is to help people out there like me who have had similar experiences and struggles; you are not alone! Today, I’m full time student on my way to getting my bachelor’s in Exercise Science as well as a student of NASM working towards my CPT (certified personal trainer). I’m a daughter, sister, friend and a mother to a sassy little pooch. I love to learn and grow, and on my blog I will share with you my experiences, interests, and passions! I hope you enjoy xx.
